Shipping Information

  • Order Processing: We typically pack and dispatch your order within 1 working day.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Your order will generally be delivered within 4 to 7 working days from dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and other factors.
  • Delayed Deliveries: In some cases, delivery may take longer than 7 days due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order before it reaches the “Ready to Ship” status. Simply click on the CANCEL button in the My Account section and provide a reason for cancellation.

Please note that Sexyous reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation from the customer, especially if verification is required before shipping.


Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns/Replacements:

You can raise a return or replacement request under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong or Expired Products: If you receive the wrong or expired product(s), please raise a request within 7 days from the delivery date.
  2. Damaged/Missing Products: For damaged or missing product(s), notify us within 2 days from the delivery date.

Conditions for Accepting Return/Replacement Requests:

We will accept return/replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • Products must be in original condition with packaging intact.
  • Requests must be raised within the specified timeframe mentioned above.

Return Process:

  1. Raise a Request: Submit your return/replacement request through our website or via chat.
  2. Review Period: Allow us 2 working days to review your request.
  3. Pick-Up Arrangement: Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the product(s) within 5-7 business days.
  4. Self-Ship Option: If pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you may need to self-ship the product. We will reimburse the courier charges.
  5. Verification and Refund/Replacement: After receiving the product(s), we will verify and initiate the refund or replacement, subject to availability.

Refund Process:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Note: Refund requests require a video of unpacking the product for verification purposes.


Partial Order Returns

You have the option to return part of your order within 7 days of delivery if eligible.
